The future is female and change starts with young, independent, and powerful girls. I am Zoe Kovac, a writer from the tri-state area, and I am determined to make a difference. 

 

During my freshman year of high school, I was presenting about women's rights when a male student, intending to insult me, shouted "Shut up, sassy girl!" Instead of feeling defeated, I thought to myself, "Wow, that was the BEST insult I have ever received!"Hence Sassy Girl Weekly was born.
